TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

  Fiesta Weekend
  August 4-6, 2006

1.

We accept checks, money orders, Visa or MasterCard credit cards. We cannot accept any other forms of payment.

 

2.

In order to secure a reservation, a $30 per person deposit must accompany a completed reservation form (PDF). Please fill out a separate reservation form (PDF) for each person. Checks are to be made out to "UCSB Alumni Association."

 

3.

Reservations will be accepted by FAX 805-893-2927, over the phone 805-893-8416 or by mail:

4.

Complete payment of the weekend must be received by July 1, 2006.

 

5.

All cancellations of confirmed reservations must be made IN WRITING. Cancellation fee before July 1, 2006 is $15 per person. The cancellation fee between July 1, 2006 and July 31st is $75 per person. Cancellations made after July 31, 2006 cannot be refunded; however, substitutions can be made up to 2 days before the start of the weekend. Mail your written cancellation to:

7.

If we are unable to book you initially, you will receive either telephone or email notification that you have been placed on a waiting list. You will not be charged any fees if you are placed on a waiting list. Our office will contact you by phone as soon as a space becomes available. There is no charge for canceling from the waiting list.
