Board of Directors Nomination Form

The Board of Directors Nominations Committee is seeking names of alumni whom you think would be effective members of the Board of Directors. Self nominations are permissible. The mission of the University of California Santa Barbara Alumni Association is to serve and involve UCSB alumni and students in the preservation and promotion of UCSB's image, tradition, pride and status as a world class university. Please email ucsbalum@ia.ucsb.edu. or submit the form below. Deadline for submission: January 1, 2007.

Nominees will be asked to submit a 250 word statement of their qualifications to serve as well as a resumé.
