The UCSB Alumni Association, in partnership with monster.com,
has just made your job search easier! The Association's award-winning Alumni
Career Services Program links you directly with employers who are specifically
seeking UCSB graduates to fill their current job openings.
As a member or the UCSB Alumni Association you have free access to the Gaucho monsterTRAK.com site
(formerly jobTRAK), where employers search for the best and brightest candidates
in the job market.
As a subscriber to monsterTRAK.com, you have the option to post your resume for
viewing only by employers who have paid fees to subscribe to monsterTRAK.com.
Unlike many other online resume sites, monsterTRAK.com allows
you to cut and paste the body of your resume into the site's form. To keep your
resume current, monsterTRAK.com periodically
notifies you to update your information.
MonsterTRAK also offers an online forum where career counselors answer your questions,
and a section where you can share information with other job seekers who subscribe
to monsterTRAK through their universities.
